 The Bedroom |
A door leads to the kitchen, which has fitted units, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob. Hot water is supplied via a combi boiler and it has a quarry-tiled floor. Two steps lead up to the bedroom, which has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, with hanging space, shelves and dressing table with light and plug for a hair dryer (provided). |

The fully tiled shower room is en suite to the bedroom. Two steps down for shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror with light and shaver point.

Gas central heating is installed. The rear door from the bedroom leads out to the garden. This is totally private, very secluded and is perfect for lazing in the noon day sun. It has a picnic table and chairs and a seating area. There is ample hard standing for private parking. Garage and workshop facilities can be made available for motor sport competitors. |

It is within easy walking distance of the local pub, shore and glens. A public telephone – using Manx Telecom phone cards – is situated in the village. The nearest shops are in Peel which is approximately 3 miles distance. There are many excellent places to eat within a radius of 6 miles of Glen Maye or you could go further afield. Lovely walking and cycling country but still only 30 mins drive from Douglas where you can find the sports centre, swimming pool, cinemas, night clubs etc. Your own transport is advisable as buses from Glen Maye are not very frequent. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival. |
